The US Army and Navy offer incredible opportunities to students at many universities. In exchange for a number of years of service to the nation as a part of the Reserves, the ROTC program will pay tuition for four years as well as monthly stipends. This scholarship is available to students in all years of college, not just incoming freshmen.
