Emily Taylor, of Ann Arbor, Michigan, has been elected to the Joyce Ivy Foundation Board of Directors
"I'm thrilled to join this mission-driven organization," said Ms. Taylor. "As an alumna of a partner college, I can attest to the power of education young women, particularly those from the Midwest. I look forward to helping raise the sights of our Scholars, and it will be an honor to support them through this exciting journey."
Ms. Taylor is a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and works out of the Detroit office. Prior to joining McKinsey, Ms. Taylor worked as a fundraiser at both Smith College and Skidmore College. She is a graduate of Smith College and holds MBA and MS degrees from the University of Michigan. She serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of World's Window, a non-profit that supports education for students in rural parts of Belize. Ms. Taylor previously served on the Smith College Board of Trustees.
