Welcome to the Joyce Ivy Foundation blog! What you'll find here is commentary, news, and perspectives on college access and women in leadership. Our collective voice is distinctive: we are women who grew up in the Midwest and hold a shared passion for supporting talented young women as they navigate the college admissions process and become active members of campus communities on rigorous college campuses. Individually, we offer a range of perspectives as former (or current) teachers, guidance counselors, admissions officers, mentors, non-profit founders and leaders, and students. We'll have stories to share, ideas to test out, articles to point you to, and news to announce.
