The Joyce Ivy Foundation has been named a national partner of
America's Promise Alliance, a national network that connects hundreds of
partner organizations representing many sectors of American life. Founded in 1997 with General Colin Powell as its founding chair, America's Promise is the largest partnership dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth. Partners are selected through a comprehensive national selection process.
The
partnership with America's Promise will
support the work of the Joyce Ivy Foundation and its collaborative approach to college access. As a national
partner, the Joyce Ivy Foundation will join
other national organizations in supporting the work of the
Grad Nation
campaign and a commitment to the
Five Promises.
