ABC
Humane Wildlife Control and Prevention, an organization owned by women, is
offering a $1,000 scholarship for women enrolled at university for STEM-related
fields for the 2018-2019 school year. If you fit the requirements below, you
may apply for this scholarship by the July 1 deadline.
Requirements
● You
must identify as female to apply.
● You
must be enrolled at a university approved by the U.S. Department of Education
for the 2018-2019 school year.
● You or
your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) may not be employed at ABC Wildlife.
● You
must be studying or planning to study STEM related fields.
To apply, you must submit an essay to grants@abcwildlife.com of 1,000 words or less. A prompt is provided: why are you passionate about science, technology, engineering, or math, and how will your pursuit of these fields help preserve biodiversity, improve the health of our planet, or alleviate human suffering?
Applicants are judged on the thoughtfulness and quality of their entries.
