Being a designer can be tough work. Being a female designer can be even harder. Research shows that women are less likely to take risks (beginning in school), instead opting to follow the rules. Although, more women are starting to step out of their comfort zone and break the barriers. At the fourth Women in Design: Creative Confidence event, top women designers shared their advice for becoming more confident as well as personal challenges that they have overcome.
